While many organizations pride themselves on diversity those numbers usually reflect the shop floor level. Research shows only 3.2 percent of executives and senior manager-level employees are African American.
Many of you have shared with us a desire to respond to the distress impacting your employees. It is evident many want to have impactful discussions with your teams and are unsure on how to facilitate these talks for the betterment of your people and your company.

Black Girls Code fights to increase the number of women of color in the digital space by empowering girls of color ages 7 to 17 to become innovators in STEM fields, leaders in their communities, and builders of their own futures through exposure to computer science and technology.
