Your organization is always changing and pivoting. HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are closest to where that is happening, and yet they don’t always have the capabilities to support the business. The problem is they have to move fast, or the business will move without them.
When your organization is not designed correctly it will create inefficiencies, it can cause confusion, and it can impact morale – ultimately not allowing you to optimize your resources to reach your business goals.

You will have HRBPs who are knowledgeable in the various Org Design frameworks and the business needs they serve. They will be leaders who are able to take a consultative approach and strategically gain buy-in around the necessary change.
